The view from the balcony over the bay of Karbuni to the sea is a pleasure from breakfast at sunrise to dinner at sunset (south-west facing). A large awning protects against excessive sunlight in the high season and thus enables all-day use. The semi-loggia design also offers good protection from the wind and enlarges the living space. Most of the doors and windows are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters to provide shade and darken the room.

The location in this quiet bay in Karbuni is excellent for those seeking relaxation and via a newly built coastal road you can reach the town of Blato, 8 km away, with plenty of shops, restaurants, pharmacies and much more in just a few minutes.
The port town of Vela Luka is 8 km away and also has a very good infrastructure (including ferry connections to Split, Lastovo).

The southern Dalmatia region is generally enjoying increasing popularity as access via the well-developed motorway from Austria/Germany/Switzerland has become significantly better in recent years. The newly built 2.4 km long bridge from the mainland to the Pelješac peninsula saves the passage through the corridor in Bosnia and there is now only a short ferry connection from Orebić to Korčula town (15 minutes, hourly in high season).
Arrival is also possible by ferry from Split (with / without car) and Split Airport is served by the most common destinations in Europe in high season.

Popular excursion destinations are the neighboring islands of Lastovo, Vis, Hvar and Mljet (national park, beautiful bays) and Dubrovnik is also a popular destination (filming location "Game of Thrones", city walls, old town, harbor and much more).
